| Bio: | Has anyone ever asked who you were? No one asks me that anymore, I think that anyone who knew me in Ireland understood it was just a stupid question. But now I'm here in Sunnydale, finally interacting with people my own age, I have no doubt they'll soon be asking again. The answer I give them will only be half of the story. I will tell them that I am a eighteen-year old girl from a very secluded town in Ireland called Moonsound. I came to Sunnydale on a transfer from my own private school, because I want to study American History. My parents are both dead, and I've been living with distant relations since their death. So it's a bit padded, I'll admit, considering I don't care about American History, and at my private school; I'm the only student. The real truth is, I was born with the devil in me, literally. That's what Wallace told me when I got a bit older. He explained to me that since my soul was tainted with this "unavoidable evil", I'd been given certain abilities, of the magical variety. It was because of this gift, too, that my parents were slaughtered. And by a group that claims itself to be the protectors of the innocent. The Watcher's Council. Now that I'm old enough, they've explained it all to me. About how the Watcher's Council has been trying to wipe anyone "gifted" from the face of the planet because they believe we may be the end of society. They use their Slayer to go about mindlessly killing for them. That's where I come in. I'm the Chosen. It is my sworn duty to kill the Slayer. She won't realize who I am until it's too late, because unlike her, I have the ability to hide the face I was born with. The face that is identical to her own. So until I'm ready, I'll just be Scarlett Winter. Who knows, maybe she'll even grow to like me before I end her miserable existence. In the mean time, I've come across an amazing woman named Winifred Burkle. She turned me into a vampire, making me even more demon than I had been. Calls me the 'Demon-Child'. I suppose the Slayers'll have even more to be afraid of, now. | |||||||
